También hay espacio para otras tendencias más electrónicas, y posrock, como la de «The winner takes it all». La caña directa de «Girl with 1000 scars» explota al máximo la voz femenina. Otros cortes como «Apartment 123», puro metal moderno, «SNAFU», enorme el riff a lo Anthrax, o «Cut my rockin brain» confirman el buen estado de forma del dueto.

Nos quedamos también con cortes más directos como «Are the kids all right?», «The end» (un precioso medio tiempo) y una espléndida versión de «The house of the rising sun». Sin duda, será uno de los discos del año. Te sorprenderán gratamente.
