Crítica de All Hail The Decay / DEATHING

POTENCIA FINLANDESA DIVERSIFICADA

2020 viene con bríos e intensidad, cuando sea un nuevo día nos vamos a comer el pVt@ mundo; y según los manifiestos de “All Hail The Decay”, eso lo que el cuarteto finlandés Deathing tiene para decirnos. Nos hablan de una descarga de potencia, con un emblema particular.

Inverse Records, develará más adelante en el mes este potente EP debut con 5 temas, desde el norte del continente, en formato digital; y creo que, si os mola la estirpe Trash/Death, aquí encontrareis un deleite con tintes muy particulares.

En Deathing noté fuerza y kaña, nada de andarse por las ramas con tonterías o aguas tibias; ellos mismos se definen como Death Metal, y si bien la categorización puede ser odiosa, a algunos les ayuda a comprender el cojonero mundo en el que vivimos, y justo eso nos aporta en este caso. Sin embargo, me gustaría ir más allá para comentaros que escucho influencias de Death, Death Melódico, e incluso Groove Metal; por ello el título de la presente reseña chicos y chicas.

Las líneas de composición no parecen nada convencionales debido al híbrido de géneros bien amalgamados; destacando que, según mi humilde opinión, no se trata de una mezcla al mejor estilo gilipichis, no caigáis a engaño; o bueno, juzgadlo vosotras y vosotros mismos. Sin lugar a dudas, un punto alto de “All Hail The Decay”, son la diversidad y potencia sónicas; los patrones vocales son igualmente muy particulares, tomaros el tiempo para escuchar con calma y generar vuestros criterios. En cuanto a la música, la riqueza creo que está en que la banda funciona como equipo muy balanceado y homogéneo, que hace llegar su mensaje tal cual. El EP cierra con un cover de la mítica “Blinded by Fear” (himno del Death Metal Melódico, de los suecos icónicos de At The Gates); así que la suerte está echada, ese cover es un ejemplo puntual del tipo de sangre que corre por las venas de los Deathing.

La historia de la banda es algo reciente, comentaros que no hay registros amplios por ahí en la web; así que estamos hablando de underground, y ello quiere decir que el under es under, y así es.
