Crítica de TH3 Climb – "The Awakening XVII - X"

Segundo trabajo de la banda de Barna Th3 Climb que siempre se caracterizó por tener las ideas claras y por ejecutar su música siguiendo sus propias normas. «Don´t fall down» mantiene su estilo personal en un medio tiempo con derroche de calidad técnica que nos recuerda a Rush. «Dreaming alone» toma la senda más cañera con un riff bastante más setentero que desarrollan con enorme acierto.

«Hero» no te deja respirar con un riff pesado, heredero directo del metal de los 90 y con una furia sorprendente. «Kryptonite» es una versión de 3 Doors Down que les ha quedado perfecta. «Mirror of life» recuerda al antedicho trío canadiense, pero le añaden algunos toques modernos que lo engrandecen. «Night n Haze» comienza tranquila, pero va creciendo poco a poco hasta convertirse en uno de los cortes más completos del disco gracias a su combinación de melodías. «Strangers» cuenta con la participación de Fito Barrul de Ankor . Es un corte de metal clásico sin paliativos en el que juegan a los cambios de ritmo para conseguir engancharte a la primera. «The awakening» le pone el punto final al disco de forma magistral.

Nos gustan las bandas que no ofrecen más de lo mismo y que esconden pinceladas diversas en cada canción para que no te aburras al escucharlas. Esta es una de esas y con este disco no tardarán en convencerte si lo tuyo es el rock elegante con pinceladas de metal de siempre.

Second work of the band of Barna Th3 Climb that always was characterized by having clear ideas and by executing their music following their own rules. «Don´t fall down» maintains her personal style at half time with a waste of technical quality that reminds us of Rush. «Dreaming alone» takes the roughest path with a much more seventies riff that they develop with great success.

«Hero» does not let you breathe with a heavy riff, direct heir to the metal of the 90s and with a surprising fury. «Kryptonite» is a version of 3 Doors Down that has been perfect. «Mirror of life» is reminiscent of the aforementioned Canadian trio, but they add some modern touches that enhance it. «Night n Haze» starts off quiet, but grows little by little until it becomes one of the most complete cuts on the album thanks to its combination of melodies. «Strangers» features the participation of Fito Barrul from Ankor. It is a classic metal cut without palliative in which they play to changes of rhythm to get you hooked the first time. «The awakening» puts the final point to the album in a masterful way.

We like bands that don’t offer more of the same and that hide different touches in each song so that you don’t get bored when listening to them. This is one of those and with this album they will soon convince you if your thing is elegant rock with touches of metal as always.
